Penny Proud
Voiced by Kyla Pratt, The 14-year-old main character, she is usually embarrassed by the way her parents act. She enjoys hanging out with her friends, even though they have gotten her into trouble many times. She listens to and respects her parents, but often caves into peer pressure.
Oscar Proud
Voiced by Tommy Davidson, Penny's overprotective father, what some may call a born loser and owner of Proud Snacks, which makes anybody who eats them sick, except Peabo, who is the only person who likes them.
Trudy Proud
Voiced by Paula Jai Parker, Penny's ambitious, loving and moral-teaching mother who is respectful of others, Trudy works as a veterinarian. Since she makes more money than Oscar[dubious – discuss], she asserts dominance over him at times.
BeBe and CeCe Proud, and Puff the Dog
Voiced by Tara Strong, Penny's trouble-making three-year-old twin little siblings, Puff is Sugar Mama's pet poodle who is often tortured by BeBe and CeCe.
Suga Mama Proud
Voiced by Jo Marie Payton, Penny's wrestling loving hip grandma who does Tae-bo. She constantly insults, discourages and beats up Oscar, but she does love him deep down.
Dijonay Jones
Voiced by Karen Malina White, Penny's plump, and somewhat eccentric best friend who loves Sticky Webb.
Sticky Webb
Voiced by Orlando Brown, Penny's friend and Dijonay's love interest, though he dislikes her rather strong come-ons.

Voiced by Soleil Moon Frye, Penny's nerdy friend.

Voiced by Alisa Reyes, Penny's on again/off again friend. She speaks Spanish and is extremely rude to Penny (and makes sure the adults don't know that).

Coming to the World
Honeyz and Eternal: Battling out for Pink, Seafoam, Red and Green Teams.
The Honeyz is a British based R&B girl group formed in the 1990s.
Eternal was a London based 1990s R&B girl group that found fame in 1993 and went on to become one of United Kingdom's most successful girl groups of all time, achieving both domestic and global success.
The group was made up of church-going sisters Easther and Vernie Bennett and school friends Kéllé Bryan and Louise Nurding (also known as Louise and Louise Redknapp), who both went to the famous Italia Conti Academy stage school.
Each member of the groups Eternal and Honeyz is going to battling for each other of the teams.
Kéllé Bryan (born 12 March 1975, in Lewisham, London, England) is a a British singer turned actress and television personality. She is signed to Magenta team.
Louise Elizabeth Redknapp (born November 4, 1974) is an English singer and television presenter, best known as a member of the girl group Eternal and subsequently as a solo singer (billed simply as "Louise").
Among UK sport fans she is known as the wife of English footballer-turned-pundit Jamie Redknapp.
In the July 2004 edition of FHM, she was named Sexiest Woman of the Decade. She is signed to Pink Team.
Bennett sisters Easther and Vernie are signed to Orange Team.
Naima Belkhiati (born 4 December 1973, in Avignon, France) is a singer, most famous for her work with Honeyz. She is signed to Magenta Team .
Mariama Goodman (born December 25, 1977) is an English dancer and singer who has been a member of the bands Solid HarmoniE and the Honeyz but started her career as a dancer. She is signed to Red Team.
Célena Cherry is the lead singer of the popular 1990s UK girl group, Honeyz. She is signed to Pink Team.

Madelline: The heroine from the sequel of the Hunchback of Notre Dame and Quasimodo's love interest. Madellaine is a pretty but lonely girl repressed by the Circus Master who took her in as a child after he caught her stealing from his pockets. She's shy and insecure, always condemning herself as being stupid or ditzy. Underneath that however, Madellaine houses a childlike sense of humor with a big heart and inner strength when she puts her mind to it. She also has a dream to walk the tight rope, rather than parade around prettily as the Master's assistant.
Madellaine befriends Quasimodo, and find confidence, strength, and eventually love though his relation with her.
- This pretty young acrobat falls in love with Quasimodo in The Hunchback of Notre Dame II.
She is voiced by Jennifer Love Hewitt
Quasimodo: This malformed, freaky-looking fellow with the sweet smile and the big heart is the hero of Disney's The Hunchback of Notre Dame. Orphaned and then raised by the evil Frollo, he dreams of leaving the belltower that is his home and his prison, and finding acceptance and maybe even love.

Coming to the World
Jennifer Arnold, viola, is a native of North Royalton, Ohio. She earned a Professional Studies Degree in viola performance from the Cleveland Institute of Music in 2005, where she also obtained a bachelor’s of music in 2003. Jennifer has studied with Robert Vernon, Principal Violist of The Cleveland Orchestra, for six years. She has also studied with Cleveland’s Assistant Principal Violist, Stan Konopka, and with Cavani Quartet Second Violinist Mari Sato. During her years in Cleveland, Jennifer was a member of Red (an orchestra), the Akron Symphony and The Cleveland Pops Orchestra. She has participated in various festivals including the Interlochen Arts Camp, ENCORE School for Strings, the Kennedy Center/National Symphony Orchestra Summer Music Institute, the Henry Mancini Institute, the National Orchestral Institute, Spoleto Festival USA and the Britt Chamber Festival.
Molly MacDonald: Molly is close friends with Binky, and is a member of a group of bullies called the Tough Customers (well, about as tough as they could get). She is known to be good at giving advice. Molly has short brown hair that completely covers her eyes. She has a little brother named James who is in D.W.'s preschool class. In one episode, Arthur Makes Waves, she befriends Arthur and D.W.
Kaitlyn "Baby Kate" Read: Baby Kate is Arthur and D.W.'s baby sister. She's been shown to be able to communicate with Pal and other animals in some of the episodes.
Fern Walters*: Fern is very quiet, shy, and something of an introvert, but can be rather snappy if provoked. She is interested in poetry, mysteries (particularly Sherlock Holmes and Agatha Christie), singing, and reading the comic book adventures of ZutZut (a parody of the Tintin comics). Her mother, Doria, is constantly trying to get Fern to become more extroverted, and even Fern herself sometimes worries she is "too quiet". She is known for her realistic storytelling, especially when telling scary stories, inspired after reading Mary Shelley's novel Frankenstein, and even writing fanfiction stories using her own characters Essie Beauchap and Felicity Bonchance under her pen name "Agatha Shelly" (a play on the names of famous writers Agatha Christie and Mary Shelly)
